For the sake of protecting both parties, payment is required upfront before starting the commission.

If installments are needed, 50% can be paid upfront and the rest at the coloring phase. However, the art piece will not be finished until the total is received.

Payments are taking through PayPal (Invoicing) or Ko-Fi (Commission Slot). If neither are available, Venmo is another option.

Tips are optional and not required. They are appreciated if sent.

Refunds are sent in percentages: 100% or 75%
Refunds may be given if:

I can no longer work on your commission; either because of illness or work schedule.

I have not started on your piece and the two to three week period has passed since you paid the full amount.

After the rough sketch stage, you find that you are no longer wanting the commission for whatever reason. At this point, since I have already started, only 75% of the payment can be refunded. {50% for the Lineart style}

{Excluding the Lineart style} After the Lineart stage, you find that you are no longer wanting the commission for whatever reason. At this point, since I have gotten halfway, only 50% of the payment can be refunded.

This also means that since you have forgone the commission, the artwork will be scraped.

Revisions to the art piece are always welcome. I want to make sure you get the piece that you are paying for.

I allow up to two separate occasions for multiple revisions.​​

Any other attempted revisions made after these occasions will result in a $25 fee. Any attempts made after the artwork is completed will result in another fee of $75. Please trust in me to deliver great artwork to you.​

References can be ideas, doodles, pictures or anything under that umbrella.

I am able to work without references, so don't feel pressured to have them if you don't have any.

However, for characters, personal or from other media please send references for those.
